Are there any drop-ship fees?
No per-piece drop-ship fees on items shipped from our inventory.
When am I charged?
Your company credit card is billed at the time your order ships.
Do you blind ship?
Yes. Every drop-ship order goes out with no Beauty Nuvo branding or pricing in the box, and we include your packing slip. To your customer, the order comes from you.
What is the order cutoff?
11:00 AM Central. Orders received after the cutoff miss that day's shipping. We can't guarantee delivery times once an order leaves us.
Do you drop ship outside the US?
No. The drop-ship program is for US addresses only.
