Children Fragrances

Children's fragrances are generally formulated lighter than adult perfume or cologne, with simpler, softer notes — fruit, vanilla, light florals — instead of the heavier woods and spices common in adult scents. Most are lower concentration, closer to an EDT, which means less risk of the scent being overwhelming on a child's skin.

A few basics for parents: apply sparingly, since one light spray is plenty; avoid direct contact with eyes; and patch-test on a small area of skin first if your child has sensitive skin or allergies, the same way you would with any new personal care product.
